Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Outstalk handles information across the website, cold calling software, CRM workflows, talent marketplace, agency services, and training.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, company details, role, authentication details, and preferences.
When you use the product, we may process lead records, campaign data, call activity, notes, call status, CRM fields, phone numbers, emails, enrichment results, and team member activity.
When you contact us, apply to a training program, or use the talent marketplace, we may collect details such as your message, experience, availability, rates, languages, market preferences, and related profile information.
2. Calling and communications data
Outstalk may process calling metadata such as dialed numbers, call timing, duration, status, assigned user, campaign, and related notes.
If call recording, transcription, or analysis features are enabled in your workspace or service agreement, we may process that content to provide the feature, support quality, coaching, compliance review, or troubleshooting.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, manage campaigns, support calling workflows, connect CRMs, enrich leads, process payments, match customers with talent, deliver training, respond to requests, and improve Outstalk.
We may also use information for security, fraud prevention, billing, analytics, debugging, product development, customer support, legal compliance, and enforcing our Terms.
4. Integrations and third-party services
If you connect a CRM, calling provider, payment processor, enrichment provider, email provider, or other integration, we process the information needed to make that connection work.
Outstalk uses third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, calling infrastructure, and operational support. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms, depending on the service.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, connected integrations, payment processors, professional advisors, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a business transaction.
For marketplace and managed outbound work, relevant campaign, company, lead, script, or performance information may be shared with assigned or prospective talent so they can evaluate fit or perform the work.
6. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, protect the service, and improve the website.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain technologies may affect product functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Outstalk, support customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
Workspace data, lead records, call logs, CRM sync data, and billing records may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion or account closure.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords, restrict workspace access, and manage integrations carefully.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
You can contact us at contact@outstalk.com to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain some information where required or permitted by law.
10. International processing
Outstalk may process and store information in countries other than where you live or where your company is located. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
11. Children
Outstalk is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
